Due to the use of oil-free self-lubricating materials, the WLW vacuum pump can achieve clean vacuum. Therefore, after installing a tail gas collection device at the exhaust port, the unit can collect gases that cannot be solidified or compressed in high vacuum systems, such as pentadiene, benzene, toluene, etc., avoiding environmental pollution caused by their low boiling point and difficult collection emissions.
